Stayed here solo on a work trip. The room was pretty nice, the AC didn’t seem to get very cold, plenty of outlets and USB ports. It was pretty quiet despite being across from the ice machine, I didn’t hear any neighbors.
This was just a one night stay for an event we attended in Indianapolis. A nice quiet location in Brownsburg and easy to get to. The check in staff we very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious and was pleasantly surprised.
Had to make an unexpected stop last night due to the snow storm. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend!
Not a bad hotel for construction workers. The free breakfast is slightly above average. The rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. At this moment the pool is being worked on, but who needs a pool when it's 13 degrees outside. Good time to do a little preventive maintenance. Overall, I'd give this place a 4.4 out of 5.
Upon checking in, Devin was very gracious and courteous in welcoming us to the hotel which was very kind. Overall, the hotel is a great value; it's very clean and the hot breakfast will likely hit the spot. FYI - Only microwave cooking will be allowed in your room.
Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Good location, close to highway and lots of restaurants in area. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The only bad thing was the noise from the traffic on the highway I would recommend getting a room facing the parking lot and not the highway.
Wonderful concierge. The breakfast tasted good, and the room was clean and comfortable. The reason I am leaving 4 stars is because the washing machine in the hotel nearly caught fire while I was washing my laundry. Staff handled the situation well, but the laundry room needs to be updated.
My stay was pleasant from the time I checked in until the time I checked out. Price and location was great. The lobby, halls and room were very clean, comfy and cozy! I will definitely stay here again
